“I took my mother to vote and when we arrived, they said she already voted. Other voters were also rejected and sent away. The IEC team was complaining that their network was down. It took some time for them to rectify their mistake and allow my mother to vote. I believe my vote doesn’t make a difference because the parties never deliver what they promise. They must increase employment and end tenders”, says Lawrence.
