I am working at Pepsico Park on a frozen contract with employees from many different departments.
We don't have enough space to accommodate us all. That is how an employee got injured by the machines because they were pushing us to work in the same cage while more than 5 machines were busy picking the products.
This problem happened several times. My department is called 'Primary Distribution'. The reason these worker injuries are happening is because our bosses don't take any action to stop the injuries. Nobody takes responsibility when a worker gets injured.
How did this happen in the first place? The answer is that the employer does not investigate injuries at work or provide us with full PPE or even hold safety talks so that everyone is aware of safety issues.
