Democracy has not changed our lives
Learners are still using dangerous pit toilets at school. Water is a basic good but unfortunately people have to walk more than 10 kilometres to access water from a stream. Some even share water with animals. In some areas like Ekurhuleni, because of tenders there is no job creation. A few individuals and subcontractors are benefitting from millions. How do you give someone a grant of R350 because this is not enough to buy a basket of food? The government cannot even end loadshedding. Democracy seems to have allowed free trade of drugs and gender-based violence. Even the police are corrupt and involved in crime
